• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate subsequent appointments.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in booking restrictions.
• ROX Spa and Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and offer an alternative time.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will be honoured.
• Payment is accepted via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods available at our premises.
• Full payment is required upon completion of services.
